01The lease
- Term: 25 years, commencing 01/01/2027 and ending 31/12/2051.
- Price: MVR 600,000 per slot, total and fixed — no annual increases, no service charge on the base lease.
- Booking: MVR 50,000 booking fee reserves a slot, applied toward the lease amount. Allocation is first-come, first-served; floor preference (Ground, Mezzanine, First) is captured at booking and honoured subject to availability.
- What you get: one reserved bay, one registered vehicle, ANPR contactless access, 24/7 CCTV coverage, overhead guidance, lighting and ventilation.
02Access & vehicle registration
Access is granted to registered number plates, read automatically at the barrier. Access follows the vehicle, not the driver — anyone driving a registered vehicle may enter.
- One vehicle at a time: a slot admits one vehicle at any moment. Where multiple plates are registered, the next registered vehicle is admitted after the first exits. This is enforced automatically by the access system.
- Unregistered vehicles are not admitted to the long-term levels under any circumstances. Visitor parking, where available, is separate and subject to visitor rates.
- Registration changes are requested by the lease holder (or an authorised contact on fleet accounts) and processed within one working day.

All optional. No service listed here is required to use your slot. Unpaid service fees suspend the related service only — never base access for your first registered vehicle.
04Transfers & assignment
- The remaining lease term may be sold or assigned to another party. Transfers are processed by NextGen Sports: identity verification, deed record update and access re-registration.
- The transfer fee is payable by the outgoing holder unless agreed otherwise between the parties.
- Transfers by inheritance to immediate family are processed free of charge on presentation of the relevant documents.
05Security, CCTV & data
- The facility operates 24/7 CCTV across all levels and approaches, and logs vehicle entries and exits. These records exist for safety, security and operations.
- Retention: recorded footage is retained on a rolling window (typically 30 days) and then overwritten. Entry/exit logs are retained for the duration of the lease relationship.
- Footage release: footage is released to the lease holder for incidents involving their bay or vehicle, and to authorities on lawful request. Requests should be made promptly given the retention window.
- Plate and contact details are used solely to operate the facility and are not sold or shared for marketing.
06Insurance & liability
The lease provides a secured, monitored parking space. It is not vehicle insurance.
- Your own motor insurance policy remains responsible for the vehicle and its contents.
- NextGen Sports maintains the facility's security systems and will support any claim with footage and entry/exit records, free of charge for incidents involving your bay.
- NextGen Sports is liable for failures of the facility itself (structure, systems, operations) as set out in the lease agreement, but not for vehicle damage caused by third parties or other vehicles.
07End of term
The lease runs to 31/12/2051. Renewal or re-offer terms will be communicated to existing holders before expiry, and existing lessees receive first notice of any renewal programme. Registered access ends at expiry unless renewed.
