Hulhumalé adds cars every month. Kerbside is a lottery; rented spaces reprice each year. A registered lease settles the matter once — a numbered bay, on paper, transferable, with a green light above it that answers to your plate alone.

This is not a parking subscription. It is the quiet end of a daily problem.

Never an add-on: 24/7 CCTV coverage, overhead guidance, facility lighting, ventilation and standard single-vehicle access are part of every lease, for the full 25 years. We charge for flexibility — not for keeping your car safe.

Questions

Answered plainly.

Yes. Register additional plates (SVC-01) and any of them can enter — but the slot holds one vehicle at a time. The barrier system tracks entries and exits automatically; a second registered vehicle is admitted once the first has left.
The barrier doesn't open. Only pre-registered plates are admitted to the long-term levels — that's what keeps your bay yours. Unregistered vehicles can use the visitor parking area, subject to visitor rates and availability.

Yes. The remaining term can be assigned to a new holder through NextGen Sports for a MVR 10,000 transfer fee, which covers the deed record update and access re-registration. Transfers within a family by inheritance are processed free of charge.
No — the lease provides a secured, monitored space, not vehicle insurance. Your own motor policy covers the vehicle, and we support any claim with free CCTV footage for incidents involving your bay. We are exploring a partner-insurer product for in-facility cover; lessees will be notified if it launches.
Access is tied to the vehicle plate, not the driver. Anyone driving a registered vehicle can enter. A different car — even driven by you — needs to be registered first.
Footage is retained on the facility's recording system for a rolling window (typically 30 days) before being overwritten. If you need footage for a claim or report, request it promptly (SVC-04).
One reserved bay for 25 years, one registered vehicle, ANPR contactless access, 24/7 CCTV, overhead guidance, lighting and ventilation — at MVR 600,000 total with no annual increases. Optional services are listed above; none of them are required to use your slot.
The lease runs to 31/12/2051. Renewal or re-offer terms will be communicated to existing holders ahead of expiry — existing lessees will have first notice of any renewal programme.
